  Biography
  Carrie Schroter is an experienced manager (16 years) in acute health care having worked at a senior level for eight years in a busy London hospital and demonstrated an exceptional capacity to spot and develop potential for improvement in people. Working across a wide range of hospital and related services Carrie has demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and business skills. Her approach is structured and process led while exploiting an instinct for good timing supported by flexibility and excellent motivational skills. Carrie quickly develops good relationships and buy in, from the "staff on the floor" to very senior people. Carrie has the ability to raise standards to make a real and positive difference to the experience of patients and healthcare staff while delivering tangible improvements in service, productivity and presentation.
