  Biography
  Henrik's background is as a MD, Sales Director and management consultant for the IT industry specialising in technology relating to software applications and projects. Henrik is well versed in all aspects of IT strategies and delivery ranging from client issues, problem identification, solution selection, supplier management, contract negotiations and client relationship management.

  Henrik has worked at a senior level for fifteen years in various consultancy and software companies in Europe and demonstrated an exceptional capacity to identify and develop business opportunities including risk management, cost cutting, software applications and client satisfaction. Henrik's approach is structured and process led while exploiting an instinct for good timing and persuasion skills supported by flexibility and excellent motivational skills. Henrik is creative yet hands on, a natural motivator and enjoys developing solutions which work for everyone. Although Henrk is quite competitive he is also pragmatic and flexible when it comes to achieving a solution. Working across a wide range of financial services, he has made a real and positive difference to the organisations he has worked with.
